Service Specification:
- regular or occasional cleaning of KLT plastic crates and other boxes, lids, blister packs, and dunnage used in the engineering and automotive industry and other sectors
- pollution removed: dust, dirt, mineral fats and oils, metal shavings

- ISO 9001:2008 certificate (processes and cleaning products)
- washer inlet of 380×420 mm (width x height)
- washing capacity of about 300 containers per hour
System of Service Provision:
Within the services offered we provide the following sub-steps, which can be provided to the customer as a whole and in part:
- transportation from the customer including handling
- actual process of washing and drying
- handling within the logistics centre, palletizing, packaging in a stretch foil
- recording in the information system
- storage
- transportation back to the customer – delivery of clean, degreased and dry packaging based on customer specification
Price:
Prices for the washing of plastic packaging are determined individually and depend mainly on the size of packaging and pollution levels, which are always analyzed on the basis of the test washing of standard polluted sample of containers (provided free of charge).
